This Valentine’s Day, guests prefer to express their love the traditional Italian way are invited to a five-course indulgent menu priced at AED 590 per person including a welcome drink. In the Hotel’s authentic Italian restaurant Café Milano, the talented team of kitchen experts helmed by Restaurant Chef Delfino Chiarello has prepared an appetiser of fried tempura oyster followed by an antipasti of pan-roasted scallops with crispy artichoke.

Perfectly complemented with a house-made beetroot ravioli with lobster, the dinner concludes in a second course of two choices:  a roasted sea bass fillet with herb marinated chiodini mushrooms, or a pan-roasted lamb saddle with herb crust and pumpkin puree. Diners will have the perfect finish with the heavenly dessert of a fine chocolate heart with lime-rose lychee mouse, rose joconde and raspberry sorbet.

Guests not wishing to order the entire set menu are invited to select individual dishes as preferred.

Restaurant Chef Marshall Roth invites guests to finish the once-in-a-year romantic occasion with a thoughtfully curated lemon pie with fresh red berries and cherry that evoke the true spirit of the event.

This February 2022, Outlet Manager Daria Savelyeva invites couples to fall in love all over again while indulging in a very special Valentine’s Day Afternoon Tea at Al Meylas.

Priced at AED 250 per couple, the lovingly prepared pastries of Executive Chef Christian Buenrostro’s and Pastry Chef Rasika Mahina’s afternoon tea features indulgent duck rillettes, savoury sable, foie gras stuffed savoury choux, quinoa muffin, and finger sandwiches with smoked salmon, beetroot, turkey and truffle egg. Sweet platters from the afternoon tea selection feature berry pavlova, strawberry inspiration, raspberry layer cake and chocolate pot de crème. Homemade scones with raisin and cinnamon, raspberry and clotted cream put a sweet ending of the day at Al Meylas.
