Sunday Festival at Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus

Set by the shores of beautiful Bosphorus, Aqua Restaurant turns the brunch experience into a festival every Sunday with selected dishes of international and Turkish cuisines, as well as additional touches of ambiance. Live music by Purple Hand Band with a new playlist for this year appeal to both eye and ear, making the whole experience even more memorable.

The buffet-style brunch features delicacies ranging from antipasti to cold cuts, pasta, brick-oven pizza, sushi, seafood, egg cooking stations, local and international cheeses with more than 20 varieties and freshly baked breads. Supervised by the Hotel’s brilliant Executive Chef Savaş Aydemir, the team prepares delicious choices emphasising rich flavours of Turkey, including the renowned doner kebab and traditional cag kebab. Stations such as a mocktail bar, barbeque zone and Istanbul’s street food specialties including pide, rice pilaf, stuffed mussels, manti and gozleme are also available for brunch guests at Aqua. As in previous years, the dessert buffet is an eye-popping pleasure by itself.

Sunday Festival is available every week from 12:30 to 3:30 pm. The entire Aqua restaurant and a part of YALI Lounge transform to accommodate brunch guests, who may choose between indoor seating or dining al fresco on Aqua’s terrace, based on the season - afiyet olsun!
