The series began with the innovative Swiss chef Markus Arnold, whose menu at Steinhalle is a testament to his philosophy of cooking what he loves most. Chef Arnold tantalized diners in April with a menu inspired by his travels and culinary passions.

Roger Van Damme is the maestro of desserts and proud owner of a Michelin star for Het Gabaar in Belgium. Transforming his restaurant into a dessert haven, Chef Van Damme offered a tasting menu in May at Four Seasons Hotel Bosphorus that was as visually stunning as it is delectable.

Coming up on November 14, 2024 and bringing a taste of South America to the table is Soenil Bahadoer, infusing Surinamese cuisine with French finesse. Chef Bahadoer will collaborate with Executive Chef Görkem Özkan to craft a menu inspired by his roots, promising guests an unforgettable culinary experience that transcends borders.
