A trio of Asian chefs invite guests to experience culinary journey to The Far East this New Year’s in Cairo, to indulge in a vibrant set menu dinner for a triad of Asian cultures meet. Enjoy the best of Indian, Chinese and Japanese cuisines paired with a side of a Nile view at Nairu restaurant aboard the First Nile Boat. Enjoy a four course set menu including salmon in yellow miso sauce, prawns enoki, crab shao mai and truffle edamame, and a sumptuous chocolate lychee tower to sweeten the palate.

A New Years Dinner to Ring in 2022

Regal and elegant, the Hotel New Year’s Gala Dinner takes place at La Gourmandise with an elegant four course French inspired menu prepared by Executive Chef Erwan Laurenceau, starting with pan seared scallops with a cauliflower emulsion, followed by a sea bass confit with a crème panais emulsion, roasted lamb filet with a fricassée de cèpes and for dessert a biscuit succès with milk chocolate cream and a caramel crème brûlée.
