Adorn Restaurant offers special brunch cocktails and signature brunch items to celebrate Don Julio’s newest expression

This summer, Adorn Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is collaborating with Don Julio premium tequila to celebrate the debut of their newest expression, Tequila Don Julio Rosado. A celebration of the vibrant flavours of tequila and the energy of summer, join Adorn Restaurant as they transport guests to a sun-kissed oasis during weekend brunch with expertly crafted Tequila Don Julio Rosado brunch cocktails and signature brunch menu items.

The pink-hued Tequila Don Julio Rosado, carefully finished in ruby port wine casks, is a limited seasonal offering featuring sweet notes of dried red fruit and caramel. Adorn’s brunch cocktails, all featuring the new expression, are USD 20 each and include: Glitterati with grapefruit, lime, agave and club soda; Paris, Texas with blanc vermouth, grapefruit, lemon, simple syrup and club soda; Passion Play with lime, passion fruit and honey; and The Frosado with crème de pamplemousse and lime. Guests can enjoy a lineup of premium Don Julio tequilas with the Tequila Tasting Flight, featuring chilled 1 ounce pours of Don Julio Rosado, Don Julio Reposado, and Don Julio 1942, served with grapefruit slices and grapefruit-chili salt.

Indulge in signature Adorn brunch items including Breakfast Bao (USD 8) with roasted pork belly, egg, American cheese, steamed bao bun; Nashville Hot Chicken & Waffle (USD 28) with cornbread waffle, Nashville hot chicken, maple, slaw; Tuna Poke “Nachos” (USD 25) with ahi tuna, avocado, kimchi chips, micro cilantro, umami sauce; and Ice Cream “Waffle” (USD 14) with waffle-infused ice cream, freeze-dried seasonal fruit, truffle-maple syrup, whipped cream.

Turning up the volume on the restaurant’s new brunch experience is Adorn’s “BYOV” Brunch, a monthly brunch party where guests are encouraged to bring vinyl records to contribute to a live musical tapestry curated by resident vinyl virtuoso DJ Diasfunk. Diasfunk began collecting vinyl singles when he was ten years old, which is still his preferred format, regularly spinning 45s from his vast collection. Join Diasfunk on the first Sunday of the month from 10:30 am and 2:00 pm for live BYOV. Adorn’s music residency is live every Thursday through Saturday evening and Sunday brunch.
