A nostalgic memory of a favourite chick-flick

Denver, U.S.A.

Nestled just a short block away from the hustle and bustle of the Theater District, EDGE Restaurant & Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Denver announces a partnership with Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA). The talented pastry team led by Assistant Executive Pastry Chef Monica Kobe has composed a custom theatre-inspired dessert and specialty cocktail pairing for this collaboration.

One of the quintessential things one can do in the Mile High City is to go to a Broadway show in the famed Theater District. The thrill of escaping the city for the impressive lineup of plays is admired by locals and visitors alike. As DCPA is bound to spur some play-going, including Mean Girls, Aladdin, and Beetlejuice, and EDGE Bar invites guests to experience a joyful dining experience with wicked humour.

Mean Girls delivers a nostalgic feeling to many of us,” shares Director of Food and Beverage Julia Chaland. “We wanted to do something fun and memorable to celebrate our partnership with Denver Center for the Performing Arts.”

The specialty pairing has been aptly named “That’s So Fetch,” featuring a custom dessert called “The Burn Book,” complemented with a pink Cosmopolitan cocktail called “On Wednesdays We Wear Pink.” Although the musical will take the stage from December 20, 2022 to January 1, 2023, EDGE Bar will have this special pairing available daily from 2:00 to 11:00 pm from December 20 through Valentine’s Day 2023.

As the EDGE Restaurant & Bar team prepares to introduce more theatre-inspired desserts in 2023, guests who present their play ticket on the day of the performance will receive 10 percent savings on their final bill.
