Tree Lighting Ceremony

Four Seasons Hotel Houston is inviting guests to kick off the festive season with the Hotel’s annual holiday tree lighting event featuring carollers from Humphreys School of Music Theater at Theatre Under The Stars and the unveiling of the annual gingerbread village. This event is free and open to the public and includes complimentary holiday cookies, hot cocoa and prosecco. The event will take place on November 26 from 5:00 to 6:00 pm with the tree lighting taking place at 5:30 pm.

Thanksgiving Brunch

Four Seasons Hotel Houston will celebrate Thanksgiving with its annual extravagant Thanksgiving Brunch buffet. Guests can enjoy more than 75 selections of holiday favourites such as a raw bar, sushi, Quattro's famous turkey with all the traditional accompaniments and myriad desserts. This event is USD 115 for adults, USD 55 for children ages 6 to 12, and complimentary children ages 5 and below.

Thanksgiving Dinner at Quattro

Guests can enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving dinner at Quattro with a special holiday four-course prix-fixe menu and a delicious dessert bar featuring house made holiday sweets and treats, available for USD 85 per person. Highlights from the Thanksgiving menu include lump crab risotto with fresh black autumn truffles, maple glazed roasted turkey with traditional gravy, cornbread stuffing and pancetta green beans, chianti-braised short rib and pan-seared branzino in pistachio oil.

Thanksgiving at Bayou & Bottle

Bayou & Bottle will serve a three-course prix-fixe menu for USD 45, featuring a fun Texas twist on seasonal and classic Thanksgiving dishes including pumpkin-corn fritters, BBQ smoked turkey with gravy, bacon stuffing, loaded mashed potatoes, roasted brussels sprouts and a house made pumpkin bread sundae for dessert.

Gingerbread Tea

Quattro Restaurant invites guests of all ages to celebrate the festive season with the annual gingerbread-themed afternoon tea at Four Seasons. Children will decorate their own gingerbread house followed by afternoon tea service including a selection of teas, treats and a glass of prosecco for adults. This event will take place on four dates: November 30, December 7, December 14 and December 21 with two seating times available at 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. Gingerbread Tea is USD 75 for adults, USD 50 for children. Limit one gingerbread house per child; adults can purchase an additional gingerbread house to decorate for USD 25.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Dinner at Quattro

Guests can indulge in a special Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Dinner at Quattro with a four-course prix-fixe menu featuring bold Italian flavours and a delicious dessert bar, available for USD 85 per person. Seasonal selections include a celery root ravioli with shaved winter black truffles, osso buco alla Milanese, and a honey-glazed duck breast with lemon-ricotta sage tortellini and sweet potato puree pomegranate sauce.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Dinner at Bayou & Bottle
