Four Seasons Hotel Houston celebrates the spring season with a host of seasonal experiences. These exciting happenings, available to Hotel guests and locals, highlight why Four Seasons is the ideal place to stay and play in H-Town.

"We’ve curated an exciting collection of seasonal experiences for guests and locals to enjoy throughout spring,” says Tom Segesta, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Houston. “There’s always something happening here at Houston’s downtown destination, where we love helping our guests create special memories.”

The Hotel’s seasonal special events include:

  • March through May – Picnics in the Park: Just steps from the Hotel is Discovery Green – the perfect venue for a spring picnic. Four Seasons presents guests with an effortlessly enjoyable personalized picnic experience for two or more. At their chosen time, guests will board their bicycles, already loaded with their picnic set-up. Equipped with a map of nearby parks, including Discovery Green, they are able to choose their ideal location, set their blanket, and enjoy their customized picnic with all the fixings (including vegetarian options). Enhancements include, but are not limited to, Champagne, wine, and caviar service. Picnics in the Park start at USD 75 per person and must be booked in advance.
  • March 8, 9, 22, 23; May 24 - 26 – Ben Jackson’s Magic, Music & Mayhem: Delight the senses at Ben Jackson’s live one-man show, Magic, Music & Mayhem. This one-of-a-kind performance breathes new life into the ancient art by showcasing magic’s vitality in a truly immersive, close-up experience. Tickets from USD 55.
  • March 10 – Academy Awards Watch Party: Gather with most glam friends and book a private viewing party from 5:00 to 9:00 pm in the Topgolf Swing Suites to watch the red carpet, and cheer on the Oscars winners and snubs. Dress for the occasion and enjoy a customized themed menu, specialty cocktails, and more. Reservations are required.
  • March 12 – 17 – Kemo Sabe Retail Rodeo Pop-Up: Gear up for Rodeo with the help of Kemo Sabe and their adored line of custom western-inspired hats, boots, buckles, and accessories. All proudly made in Texas, these Kemo Sabe accessories will ensure guests are Rodeo-ready, with the Kemo Sabe team working with guests individually to craft a piece that's as unique as they are. Popping up on the lobby level March 12 – 16 from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm and March 17 from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm, coinciding with the championship week of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
  • March 14 – Garrison Brothers Single Barrel Release at Bayou & Bottle: Sip the latest edition of the Garrison Brothers Single Barrel Cask Strength Bourbon Whiskey, created exclusively for Bayou & Bottle. Live music, lite bites, and bourbon samples will be offered from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Garrison Brother cocktails and the popular Bayou & Bottle dining menu will also be on offer. Guests purchasing a spirit locker for the year will receive a bottle of the new whiskey to start their locker collection with flair.
  • March 19 through May - Spring Flavours at Bayou & Bean: Welcome spring with a seasonal menu of specialty coffees and teas, including: Floral Froth (espresso, white chocolate, rose, milk), Pistachio Dream (espresso, pistachio syrup, milk), Blissful Bee (espresso, lavender syrup, honey, milk), and London Fog (Earl Grey tea, vanilla syrup, milk).
  • March 26 – April 27 – Viva Abejas at Toro Toro: Meaning “Long live bees” in Spanish, Viva Abejas is Toro Toro’s month-long campaign designed to spread awareness of the importance of bees to the food system (one in every three bites of food depends on bees for pollination, as they are major pollinators of the agave plant and avocados). Join the Toro Toro team to enjoy bee-centric food and drink specials benefitting the World Bee Project. Guests will enjoy a special a la carte menu of small plates, including Coconut Ceviche, Duck Confit Tacos, and Honey Vanilla Cheesecake. Guests can sample Viva Abejas cocktails, including The Beekeeper, Garden Spritz, and Golden Mezcal Old Fashioned, and the Zero-Proof Honey Hibiscus each Saturday from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. Reservations are recommended.
  • March 26 & 27 – Employees Only Pop-Up at Bandista: Experience a taste of the Empire State’s finest cocktails as Bandista plays host to a bar pop-up featuring New York City’s acclaimed speakeasy, Employees Only. The pop-up, starring Employees Only bartender Dimitrios Vasilakis, Bar Manager Frank Maldonado, and General Manager Jonathan Yutzy, will take place each night from 5:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. Evoking the Jazz Age, the white coated bar team has created industry classics out of its pioneering drink list, including their famed twist on the Manhattan, and the bar is a perennial award winner with international fame. The pop-up will feature five Employees Only house cocktails, ranging from USD 25 to 35 each. Reservations are required for 90-minute seatings on this special evening, which benefits Camp H-Town.
  • March 28 – Astros Home Opener at Bayou & Bottle: Root, root, root for the home team and join the fun at Bayou & Bottle for the Astros' home opener from 1:00 to 9:00 pm. In addition to an impressive collection of more than 200 whiskies; guests can enjoy Chef Gaby Jimenez’s “Best of Bayou Burger Menu,” featuring some of the restaurant’s most popular specialty burgers with fries; as well as elevated riffs on ballpark favourites, including a Cracker Jack Old Fashioned; a foot-long Kobe beef hot dog with truffle ketchup, Champagne mustard, and horseradish mayo; and a Banana Split with bourbon caramel.
  • March 31 – Easter Brunch at Toro Toro: Bring family and friends to Toro Toro for a spectacular Easter Brunch, featuring brunch classics with pan-Latin flair, as imagined by Chef Jonathan Esparza. With offerings including a seafood and sushi station with Poached Jumbo Shrimp, Shucked Oysters, Crab Claws, and Caviar; a carving station with Roasted Prime Rib, House-Smoked Brisket, and Cedar-Planked Salmon; a Texas Charcuterie Board; all the breakfast favourites, a grand dessert display, and kid’s station. Easter Brunch is priced at USD 165 for adults and USD 65 for children 12 and under, and is served from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Reservations are required.
  • April 1 forward - New Gel Polish at The Nail Bar: An exceptional upgrade to a classic manicure, the new Gel Polish treatment combines the ease of polish with stunning shine and high-performance wear of up to 14 days. A true innovation in chip-resistant, long-lasting nail colour, this service includes nail shaping, cuticle cleansing, and application of gel nail lacquer colour of choice. Manicure: USD 85, Pedicure: USD 110.
  • April 8 – Total Eclipse of the Sun: Gather on the Pool Deck for fresh air, a delicious lunch, and a total solar eclipse. The Hotel will provide the protective eyewear, so guests can safely view this natural phenomenon, which won’t occur again until 2044!
  • April 14-15 - Emeril’s Pop-Up: For two nights only, the world famous Emeril’s restaurant of New Orleans, led by Chef Patron E.J. Lagasse, pops-up exclusively at Four Seasons Hotel Houston. Guests will enjoy a six-course menu, inspired by the restaurant’s acclaimed Classic Tasting Menu, live jazz music, and all the flair of the Crescent City. This culinary experience is priced at USD 195, with wine pairings offered for USD 130 and USD 315, and requires reservations for its limited seating. A portion of proceeds will benefit Camp H-Town, the urban camp experience for children touched by cancer.
  • April 24 – Celebrity Chefs Against Cancer: A special night out for an amazing cause, the 5th Annual Celebrity Chefs Against Cancer features Houston’s top chefs, serving up their delicious cuisine, alongside incredible wine, cocktails, music, and silent and live auctions to benefit Camp H-Town. Tickets are now available for one of the year’s most anticipated social and philanthropic gatherings.
  • May 4 – Derby Day at Bayou & Bottle: Don a hat and seersucker suit while cheering on the horses during the most exciting two minutes in sports - the Kentucky Derby. From 3:00 to 7:00 pm, Derby Day at Bayou & Bottle will feature Woodford Reserve Mint Juleps, making this one of the year’s most colourful events.
  • May 3 - 5 - Cinco de Mayo Weekend at Toro Toro: Celebrate with tequila and mezcal flights and a special Chicharron Ribeye Taco Trio, with borracha roasted tomato sauce, potato strips, cilantro, and yuzu-avocado salsa all day and night in Toro Toro.
  • May 10 – 12 – Mother’s Day Weekend: Honour Mom with a weekend getaway at Four Seasons, where she’ll be celebrated in deserving fashion. In addition to taking advantage of the Houston Getaway package, treat her to Weekend Brunch and an interactive floral arrangement workshop with Plants & Petals and jewellery shopping with Burdlife on May 11 at Bayou & Bottle. Further, pamper Mom at The Spa and Nail Bar with a relaxing treatment; or have her choose a new favourite scent at Krigler. Moms are also invited to try out a new luxury accessory from the Vivrelle collection during their stay (moms staying at the Hotel will also receive a complimentary three-month membership).
  • May 12 – Mother’s Day Brunch at Toro Toro: Indulge Mom with a special Mother’s Day Brunch at Toro Toro on May 12, featuring brunch classics, a spectacular seafood tower, and pan-Latin flair. Moms will receive a complimentary one-month membership to Vivrelle, allowing them to experience the Hotel’s luxury accessory partner first-hand. Brunch is priced at USD 165 for adults and USD 65 for children 12 and under and is served from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Reservations are required.
  • May – August: The Hotel is preparing for the return of Summer of Fun, with highlights including Summer Saturdays, Dive-In Movies, and Independence Day Grill & Chill on the Pool Deck; Houston Restaurant Weeks at Toro Toro and Bayou & Bottle; and an exclusive bar pop-up at Bandista.

Additionally, the Hotel invites guests to experience its season-long offerings of Burger Wednesdays, Weekend Brunch, and Guided Bourbon Tastings at Bayou & Bottle; “Suviche” Making Classes, and Guided Agave Tastings at Toro Toro; Mixology Classes; and POWA and Joga fitness classes by Sphere.
