The amazing breakfast selection at ONE FORTY is renowned, with good cause, featuring an astounding array of hot and cold delicacies including an array of tropical fruits, juices and pastries; American, Asian and Hawaiian-influenced dishes; and an a la carte menu, for a fresh and delicious start to the day.

All-day breakfast is an idea that continues to gain popularity in 2018, providing a sense of comfort and ease along with tasty dishes.  Chefs test the breakfast boundaries with new flavour profiles and textures for dining later in the day.

The Twilight Brunch Mother’s Day menu at the AAA Four Diamond ONE FORTY features a delectable array of dishes perfect any time of day.  Tantalise taste buds with an amuse bouche, then enjoy avocado and king crab toast served with heirloom tomato, radish, tarragon and a citrus vinaigrette followed by a sophisticated twist on traditional eggs benedict – an olive-oil poached salmon with wilted local greens, a poached egg and dill hollandaise sauce.  The dining experience continues with a smothered “chicken-fried” filet cutlet along with caramelized Maui onions, herbed potato rotis, gruyere and country gravy for a real Southern-inspired take on brunch. Executive Pastry Chef Hafiz Razali offers up a delectable raspberry and pineapple charlotte, rum raisin brioche pudding with vanilla curd and passion fruit sorbet.
