Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills Launches "The Deck," an Exclusive Outdoor Space Located in the Upper Pool Area
Showcasing breathtaking views and a tropical ambiance, The Deck is available for both intimate dinners and large reception style events, featuring new menus created for dining under the stars
Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills launches The Deck as an exclusive event space offering an al fresco dining experience surrounded by citrus trees and succulents. The Deck is a garden oasis within the city, featuring stunning views of Beverly Hills, Century City, and Downtown Los Angeles. The Deck is available for cocktail receptions for groups of 75-120 guests, as well as for seated dinners for groups of 25-80 guests.
The Four Seasons Culinary Team has specially created reception and plated dinner menus ideal for dining under the stars. Featured menus include “Italian Style” with tomato and basil crostini, arugula and marinated tomato salad; rigatoni with fennel sausage and broccolini; and tiramisu. “California Clam Bake” includes New England clam chowder; fish and chips; mini lobster corn dogs; and ice cream sandwiches, and “Fiesta Style” includes duck confit tostadas; tropical fruit ceviche; made-to-order quesadillas; and churros. “BBQ LA Style” offers Fiscalini cheddar and tomato chutney grilled cheese; pickled red cabbage cole slaw; grilled swordfish with salsa verde and roasted watermelon radish; and housemade pies.

The Four Seasons Culinary Team can also create special plant-based menu items and stations in collaboration with celebrated chef Matthew Kenney for events, rehearsal dinners and vegan wedding receptions, as well as offer further customisation on all available offerings to better suit client vision and preference.
