Tokyo, Japan

Starting September 1, 2020, couples can bring their wedding dreams to life at the best new address in Tokyo. Located at the landmark Otemachi One Tower, rising above the city’s financial centre, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi is just steps away from the Imperial Palace and its verdant gardens. Featuring inspiring venues, inventive cuisine and partnerships with premier vendors, the Hotel promises to curate the capital’s most prestigious weddings, from intimate vow exchanges to dazzling gala receptions.

Host a captivating ceremony that is rooted in tradition yet brimming with modern style and energy. With only one wedding at a time and exclusive use of the entire function floor, each Four Seasons celebration is assured of the utmost privacy and security. Say “I do” in the picturesque ambience of the French-styled Chapel, then host a lavish reception at the Grand Ballroom, with a backdrop of beautiful Tokyo vistas. Designed by the famed Jean-Michel Gathy, the interiors express traditional Japanese elements in contemporary style: flowing colours and delicate patterns pay homage to the changing of the seasons, accented by textured washi paper and modern shōji motifs. The naturally lit Ballroom Foyer is ideal for welcome drinks, live music and photo booths, while three adjacent Function Rooms can be set up as relaxation zones or for intimate meals. These highly customisable venues are located across a single floor, providing the ability to design a creative flow of events.

Up on the 39th floor, Social Room offers a panoramic setting to treat close friends and family to a bespoke champagne brunch, glamorous high tea or glittering cocktail party. Two open-air Rooftop Terraces, framed by stunning views of the city, can be reserved for alfresco gatherings.

Dedicated wedding curators work with the couple to choreograph a tailor-made celebration, partnering with elite vendors for floral design, hairstyling, makeup, photography and videography. Plan each aspect of the special day at the Wedding Atelier, with its very own wedding showroom, consultation room and changing room. Four Seasons collaborates with exclusive wedding houses to source highly sought-after designer outfits for the bride and groom, including Number 5, Vogue Wedding Salon and Mirror Mirror.

Impeccable craftsmanship and service elevate the celebrations, right down to the smallest detail. Led by Executive Chef Marco Riva from Italy, the food and beverage team creates inventive menus for every occasion, featuring Italian and French specialties alongside signature drinks. From canapes and cocktails to spectacular multi-course dinners, the extraordinary cuisine is delivered with artistry and flair. Award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Yusuke Aoki custom designs a wedding cake for the couple, compliments of Four Seasons. For a truly enchanting effect, place an order for miniature replicas for each table.

Couples can select one of two special Four Seasons packages, available until April 2021.

  • You & I is ideal for intimate weddings of 6-30 people, including food and beverages, wedding cake, ceremony, flowers, AV and function room charge. Priced at JPY 1,000,000 for 6 perspns; additional JPY 35,000 per person.
