Jeff Leatham Unveils Spectacular Ice Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris

Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris has just unveiled its latest addition to the Hotel’s stunning Marble Courtyard, a winter Ice Lounge, created by the Hotel’s acclaimed Artistic Director Jeff Leatham.

Jeff’s ever-popular giant blue penguins have proudly returned again this year to stand guard over this 36 square metre lounge, adorned with mirrors and reflecting the Marble Courtyard’s twinkling lights, creating an enchanting winter wonderland ambiance. 

As a prelude to a lunch or dinner at Le Cinq, L’Orangerie or Le George, the Ice Lounge offers an à la carte experience where the three in-house renowned chefs of Four Seasons Hotel George V express their individual culinary styles through a selection of their signature nibbles. 

Guests of the Ice Lounge can enjoy the foie gras with passion fruit by Christian Le Squer, the langoustine and rice espuma by David Bizet, a selection of crudos by Simone Zanoni or the Mont Blanc sweet confection with mandarin and white truffle by Maxime Frédéric. Each taster dish is perfectly paired with either a glass of Champagne or a winter cocktail. 

For those visiting in the afternoon, a glass of mulled wine will be offered with French crêpes, before discovering the sub-zero Ice Lounge with its unique ice-carved furniture, an exclusive -8°C polar experience to be enjoyed with friends while enveloped in the elegance and comfort of the luxury ski-wear brand FUSALP.
