Beloved neighbourhood staple Vernick Coffee Bar reopens at Comcast Technology Center. The modern café will bring back classic menu items along with global flavour combinations Chef Greg Vernick is widely known for using. With an all-day bakery display, takeaway breakfast, barista bar counter and high-top seating along with a full-service 40-seat dining room for lunch, the restaurant team is pleased to welcome back patrons after 20 months.

"Coffee Bar brings a sentimental and rewarding feeling for me as so many colleagues helped contributed to its identity. I’m looking forward to once again sharing its various dining options with our guests," said Chef Greg Vernick.

Vernick Coffee Bar will operate from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 3:00 pm for all day takeaway and with lunch service in the dining room from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Alongside Chef Vernick, Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia Executive Pastry Chef Ryan and Sous Chef Alexander Santiago have created a menu of seasonal items for the takeaway and dine-in options. Takeaway menu items include innovative creations like lox croissant featuring chopped smoked salmon with dill and chives piped into the croissant, or the classic smoked beet rueben. The dine-in menu includes guest favourites such as the chilled soba noodle and sesame salad.

Serving Caffè Umbria roasters as the primary coffee partner, the café features a selection of single-origin coffees that are available for pour-over, tableside presentation in the café area. Designed by notable architect Foster + Partners, Vernick Coffee Bar’s seated area overlooks the indoor tree canopies in the building’s lobby.
