Five Holiday Events at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley on Everyone’s List (Including Santa)

Christmas Eve Dinner

• December 24, 2019, 5:30-9:30 pm

Select from either a festive three-course or four-course meal featuring a selection of entrées and a special holiday-inspired dessert. Children are welcome to order from the a la carte menu. Start with a salt-roasted beet salad or the red kuri squash and blue shrimp bisque. For those enjoying the four-course menu, follow it up with the squid-ink spaghettini or the pan-roasted gnocchi. Choosing between Executive Chef Martín Morelli’s Ligurian olive oil-poached sea bass or Snake River wagyu tenderloin for an entrée may prove difficult. End on a sweet note with either the chocolate tart or the Martin Fierro, a popular dessert in Chef Martín’s home country of Uruguay.

Christmas Day Feast

Start a new tradition in Quattro with a three-course Christmas meal by Chef Martín that features a selection of seasonal entrées and a buffet of sweet creations for dessert. Highlights include a wild mushroom crostini; agnolotti del plin; and a Certified Black Angus (CBA) tenderloin with almond meal and Crescenzi cheese polenta, Bloomsdale spinach, truffle and marrow sauce.

Ring in the New Year

• December 31, 2019, 5:30-9:30 pm

Welcome the New Year in style with an elegant four-course dinner in Quattro featuring a selection of festive entrées, a welcome a glass of sparkling wine and a champagne toast at midnight. Celebrate at the Champagne Bar, dancing the night away with party favours and the help of the resident DJ from 9:00 pm to 2:00 am. Head to one of the top floor suites of the Hotel for an east-facing, floor-to-ceiling view of the fireworks in the area and beyond. Take the elevator home and relax in the comfort of a spacious guest room.

New Year’s Day Recovery Brunch

• January 1, 2020, 10:30 am – 2:30 pm

Celebrate the new year ahead with endless appetisers, a choice of entrée, and unlimited trips to the decadent dessert buffet. Enjoy the Mimosa and Bloody Mary Bar.

Après

• Through January 5, 2020, 4:30-9:00 pm

Visit Après, the winter wonderland pop-up experience located at the outdoor terrace of Quattro. Rustic wooden cabins take centre stage and nightly snowfall; fireside movies on Fridays and Saturdays; and après-ski cuisine, including signature s’mores and hot cocktails, create a unique experience.

Conveniently located at the heart of Silicon Valley, Quattro is a chef-driven dining experience drawing direct inspiration from Chef Martín’s Italian heritage and the many summers spent at his grandfather’s ranch in the countryside of Uruguay.
