Share a delicious expression of romance at MAISON MARUNOUCHI bistro

Tokyo, Japan

Starting February 1, 2023, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi ushers in the season of love with a resplendent new Afternoon Tea, crafted with delectable fruits and premium chocolate. The “Love Sonnets in Chocolate and Fruit” menu will be available at MAISON MARUNOUCHI, the Parisian-style bistro with iconic views of Tokyo city and gliding Shinkansen bullet trains.

Tailormade for couples celebrating Valentine’s Day (February 14), White Day (March 14) and everything in between, this love feast combines fine artistry with playful touches. Rediscover romance over a repertoire of gorgeous sweet creations, delicately crafted in the colours of passion – sensual reds, flirtatious pinks and sultry browns.

Lovebirds can share delightful inventions such as the Razz Choc Chou, composed of strawberry shortbread layered with chocolate crème diplomat and a touch of raspberry compote, and Creamy Berry Financier, topped with white chocolate chantilly, fresh raspberry and crisp raspberry flakes.

The Cherry Nuts offer miniature medleys of Macadamia and Hazelnut dacquoise, crunchy praline, milk chocolate disks and cherry-chocolate ganache, adorned with intricate chocolate decorations. The Fruity Ivory takes inspiration from seasonal Japanese fruits, combining lime-infused white chocolate mousse with strawberry compote, topped with a bouquet of fresh berries.

Also on the menu are teatime classics recast in romantic splendour: savour Blackcurrant Macarons in whimsical pink shells and light-as-air Scones elevated with fresh strawberry flavour.

The “Love Sonnets in Chocolate and Fruit” Afternoon Tea is available between February 1 and March 21, 2023, from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm. This special experience is priced at JPY 7,600 on weekdays and JPY 8,800 on weekends per person.
