Dynamic French Dining

Rising gently above Tokyo’s prestigious Marunouchi district, SÉZANNE presents classically rooted modern French cuisine, crafted with a light touch and plated with precision. Led by Chef Daniel Calvert’s distinctive vision, menus are updated seasonally to incorporate high-quality ingredients sourced from across Japan.

Enhancing the epicurean experience is an eclectic library of Champagne, wine and sake selected by Sommelier Nobuhide Otsuka. As a Krug Ambassador, SÉZANNE serves exclusive Champagnes from Maison Krug.

The interiors speak a language of relaxed luxury, curated by acclaimed interior architect Andre Fu. Intimate culinary journeys unfold along the French panelled walls, while the sleek glass-fronted kitchen offers a compelling visual connection with the cooking journey.
