A personal concierge will greet couples with monogrammed bathrobes and long-stemmed roses before leading them to their 80 minute couples massage, given poolside and surrounded by candle light. Bathe in the pool or soak in the hot tub in complete privacy for the evening. Satiate appetites with a midnight menu from BOURBON STEAK, accompanied by a bottle of Moët Champagne.

Night Spa includes:

Highlighting his culinary favourites, Chef Drew invites guests to choose between starters such as the light and citrusy hamachi crudo or the tantalising beef tartare. BOURBON STEAK classics such as the Painted Hills boneless rib eye or the day boat scallops with tahini and a caper vinaigrette will allow lovers with even the most varied tastes to find their bliss. For dessert, chocolate aficionados will delight in the bourbon chocolate bar while cheese enthusiasts will snuggle up with the cheese platter and its selection of seasonal jams and accompaniments.
