Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC announces a new culinary experience to be enjoyed in the comfort of one’s own home. Internationally acclaimed Executive Chef Sebastien Giannini becomes a personal chef with an exclusive menu that changes weekly, according to the flavours of the season and the inspiration of the chef.

“We have received such positive feedback from our guests who are enjoying Chef Giannini’s daily menus,” says Hotel Manager Jason Devries. “We really wanted to share the exquisite level of cuisine that we are offering in room service with our community.”

Beginning Wednesday, April 22, 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC and BOURBON STEAK will be available for pick up orders on Tock. Each week a new menu will be proposed, in limited quantities, reflecting Giannini's inspiration of the moment with a portion of the proceeds donated to Medstar Washington Hospital Center.

“My goal is to create a weekly menu that guests will enjoy discovering at home. A tasting menu of seasonal cuisine, made to order and inspired by produce that is fresh and flavourful,” says Chef Giannini, a native of the South of France.

Chef Giannini’s daily menu includes an entree, main course and dessert for USD 39. Dishes such as poulet roti (roasted Cornish hen) served in its jus with new potatoes seasoned with thyme and garlic evoke market day on the French Riviera. Rockfish served seared and accompanied with grilled zucchini, eggplant caviar and grilled lemon is a bright and sunshine-infused take on a local dish.

BOURBON STEAK lovers will delight in the ribeye menu available every day featuring the iconic 14 ounce 7x ribeye, creamed spinach and Michael Mina's famous truffle mac 'n cheese for USD 94.

Seasons breakfast a la carte is available for pick up all day. Also newly available is Seasons Sunday Brunch featuring a menu of brunch favourites such as the smoked salmon bagel, stack of pancakes or hearty dishes such as slow roasted lamb shank or steak and eggs.

Special occasion brunch menus will be offered for Mother’s Day and for Eid al-Fitr with advance reservations.

Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC remains open, with limited services and in respect of the latest government guidelines, to accommodate guests that need to come to DC. For more information, visit the Hotel's website or call +1 202 342 0444.
