Coin & Candor, a California brasserie located inside Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, continues to focus on guest safety and comfort with dine-in Thanksgiving holiday options and pre-order feast packages for pick-up. 

Four-Course Dine-In Thanksgiving Menu 

Guests can enjoy Chef Jesus Medina’s seasonally-inspired holiday menu from the expansive outdoor patio while taking in views of the surrounding Santa Monica Mountains. The four-course menu will feature all of the holiday classics with tantalising modern twists on Thanksgiving. Dishes include grilled persimmon with endive, beet, smoked burrata, hazelnut and pomegranate molasses; pumpkin risotto with brussels sprouts, sage, pumpkin seed and allium dust; and organic roasted turkey breast with chicken apple sausage, stuffing roulade plus Yukon gold mashed potatoes, haricot vert, cranberry, chutney and gravy. 

Chef Patrick Fahy’s lineup of decadent desserts makes this holiday that much sweeter. Pumpkin pie with cinnamon ice cream, chocolate pecan pie with bourbon ice cream and butterscotch sauce are just a couple of the divine indulgences found on this special menu. 

The complete menu can be viewed online and the price per person is USD 88 plus taxes and gratuities. 

Thanksgiving Feast from Coin & Candor– Pick-Up Packages 

Coin & Candor is packaging up a perfect Thanksgiving feast, available for pick-up. Pre-order a Thanksgiving feast by November 11, 2021 to enjoy holiday joys without the mess or stress in the kitchen. The Thanksgiving packages, available for up to twelve people, include organic roasted turkey, a choice of three warm and cosy side dishes and a selection of Chef Patrick Fahy’s house-made pies. Menus can be viewed online, and prices begin at USD 245 plus taxes and gratuities for packages for 4-6 guests.
