Robert Fritz
Executive Chairman
Robert leads the Four Seasons Board as Executive Chairman. He works closely with President and Chief Executive Officer Alejandro Reynal and the Executive Leadership Team to guide the company’s long-term strategic direction, supporting continued growth while upholding the standard of excellence that has made Four Seasons the world’s leading luxury hospitality company. His leadership reflects a strong commitment to the people-centric culture that has defined Four Seasons since its founding in 1961.
A long-time executive with Cascade Asset Management Company, Four Seasons majority shareholder, Robert has served as Lead Director on the Four Seasons Board since 2022. He joined Cascade in 2007 and has held progressive leadership roles across its public and private investment activities. Immediately prior to focusing on Four Seasons, Robert served as the Co-Head of Real Estate Investments, leading acquisitions and developing assets across segments. Earlier in his career, he was a senior public equity analyst.
Robert has served on numerous corporate boards, building a successful track record of supporting management teams and guiding long-term strategic decision-making.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
