From a young age, Alexia Dougyon has had a clear passion for hospitality and holds several diplomas in the field. A world traveller, Alexia started her hospitality career in the rooms division as front desk and reservations agent in international destinations such as Montreal, Chicago, Paris, London, and Punta Cana. She slowly climbed up the ranks as director of front office. From there, she then moved into the housekeeping world to gain the necessary experience to transition into the residences team.

In 2015, Alexia joined the Four Seasons family in San Diego through the Manager in Training program. Only one year later, she transferred to Whistler as Director of Residences, and two years later, to Montreal as part of the opening team.
Her experience in residences was a crucial part in successfully opening the Montreal property, and her tenure in the Rooms division was very helpful during the reopening of the Hotel in spring 2021 during the pandemic. Her tremendous contribution to Montreal is very needed in Costa Rica where Residences has grown significantly in the last few years.

In Montreal she acquired a bachelor’s in hospitality business management, and a Masters in Luxury International Hotel Management, and then studied at Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration and obtained two certificates: Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management and Advanced Hospitality Revenue Management.

Alexia is a dog mom of a Husky named Miska, who will miss the snow of Montreal but loves the sandy beaches of Costa Rica.
