Ana Trentadue's passion for hospitality began early, inspired by a childhood spent traveling and discovering new cultures, as well as watching her mother create memorable experiences for family and friends through thoughtful hospitality and attention to detail. Those experiences sparked a lifelong love of connecting with people and making others feel welcome.
After building her career in luxury hospitality with Sofitel Buenos Aires, Ana joined Four Seasons in 2022 as Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires. Known for her guest-centric leadership style and commitment to excellence, she quickly established herself as a respected Rooms leader focused on both operational excellence and team development.
In 2026, Ana joined Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo as Director of Rooms, attracted by the resort's iconic reputation, stunning natural surroundings, and exceptional potential. "I feel very fortunate to be part of this incredible team," she shares. "It's an amazing opportunity to help create memorable experiences for our guests."
Known for leading with empathy, optimism, and passion, Ana is committed to building strong relationships and fostering an environment where people can grow and succeed. She believes the true magic of hospitality comes from the people who bring each experience to life.
Outside of work, Ana enjoys exploring Costa Rica's rainforests and hidden destinations, embracing every opportunity to discover something new. Most of all, she treasures spending time with her family.
