Growing up in a beach town outside of Sao Paulo, Lucas Medeiros was always attracted to hospitality by seeing the example of his grandmother, a local tour guide, and the energy the industry held in his native town, Soa Vicente.

He found his path at the age of 17 during his first college internship. “I was positioned at the front desk where I learned the role of concierge.” This experience shaped his career in luxury hospitality.

Since arriving in Costa Rica, Medeiros is constantly trying to discover new adventures that would be interesting to guests and learn how to promote the authentic local culture what the real Pura Vida means.
