Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Lucia Antonela Stuppia found her passion for hospitality early on. While studying Hotel Management, she began her career with Four Seasons at just 21 years old—and has remained with the company ever since. Over the past 17 years, she has held leadership roles across multiple iconic properties in Latin America and the United States, gaining deep operational experience and a sharp eye for personalized guest service.

Lucia’s journey has taken her from Argentina to Hawaii, Los Angeles, and Mexico City, before arriving in Costa Rica as Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo. Drawn by the Resort’s world-class reputation, stunning natural surroundings, and dynamic team, she is thrilled to help shape the guest experience in such a breathtaking destination.

Known for her intensity, dedication, and supportive nature, Lucia leads with heart and purpose. Her greatest motivation lies in mentoring others, building strong teams, and creating the kind of unforgettable moments that define the Four Seasons experience.

Outside of work, Lucia loves exploring Costa Rica’s natural beauty—from the serene beaches of Guanacaste to the dramatic landscapes of Arenal and the magical cloud forests of Monteverde. Family is at the centre of her life, and her proudest role is being the mother of three: Thiago, Rhio, and Giulia. Whether at work or at home, Lucia is happiest when making others feel welcomed, valued, and inspired.
