Pierre has always had a soft spot for creativity and living and working in Latin America and initiated his career by opening his own successful photographic agency in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. After six years and 750 weddings later, Pierre felt that the world of hospitality was the right one for him and joined Four Seasons as a Manager in Training in the Food and Beverage division at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon.

From there, his career expanded into the world of food and beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City where he oversaw the restaurant operations as Restaurant Manager and renovated Zanaya. The overall success of repositioning Zanaya led to Pierre being promoted to Outlets Director where he played an integral part of establishing Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City as the “place to be” with Sunday Brunch and daily business breakfasts.

His leadership style, creativity and strategic planning capabilities helped lead the Fifty Mils Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City to achieve 43rd place in the “Top 50 Bars of the World” among other accolades.

A constant leader and team player, Pierre allows his team to shine. As Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, he worked closely with the food and beverage team and guided them through the Covid-19 closure and reopening, making sure all standards for Lead With Care were correctly implemented.

Pierre joined Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica as Director of Food and Beverage in 2021, where he played a critical role in creating unique guest experiences through creative pop-up events, and revamped the menus of all the Resort's venues with a young and talented culinary team. He has a natural passion for hospitality and a clear understanding of the luxury market and guest needs. He is focused on delivering the best of experiences and personalization and takes much pride in working to exceed guest expectations. Following a successful repositioning of the culinary offering, Pierre was given the responsibility to lead the operations of the whole Resort as Resort Manager in September 2022.
