A Fresh Presentation

The beauty of coastal dining lies in the bounty of the deep sea, especially during the autumn seafood harvest season. Hui Hai gathers ingredients from various coastal regions, updating its menu daily based on the freshest catch, ensuring guests savour the season’s finest. From the succulent prawns and rich, roe-filled crabs to the nutrient-packed local abalone, scallops, and sea snails, each dish invites diners to explore the deep sea's culinary secrets. The hot dish selection showcases a fusion of international flavours, with prime cuts of meat from around the world awaiting choice. Steaks are seared to perfection, crisp on the outside and juicy within, while the hand-crafted Italian pizzas boast a thin, crispy crust and generous toppings. With September approaching, Hui Hai is launching a series of special events for the holidays.
