This November, globally renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa is returning to Doha for three nights of unforgettable culinary journeys and very special events, marking Nobu’s 30th anniversary and celebrating three decades of redefining the culinary landscape with its distinctive blend of Japanese tradition and Peruvian flavours. The celebration honours not only past accomplishments but the ongoing journey of passion that drives both Nobu and its guests forward.

On November 3, 2024 in Doha, Chef Nobu will be hosting the party on the rooftop, celebrating 30 years of Nobu empire. Guests will be treated to live stations showcasing Nobu’s signature dishes, an exquisite collection of canapes, and signature cocktails throughout the evening, accompanied by live entertainment and breathtaking views of Doha skyline.

Joining Chef Mauro Baldari and his team in the kitchen, Chef Nobu invites guests for the series of Nobu Omakase dinners. The seven course omakase curated by master himself will include Nobu Caviar Tacos, Nobu Sushi selection, King Crab Tempura Calamansi Amazu Ponzu and other delicacies, and will be available at the restaurant from November 3 till 9, 2024.

Cooking aficionados will also have a chance to join Chef Nobu for a special masterclass on November 4, 2024, learning the secrets behind his signature sushi. Masterclass participants will also receive a Nobu Cookbook, signed by the master. The places are limited and will be sold out in no time!
