On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, the Paris-born maestro of mixology brings his trailblazing style to Dubai, promising an evening of curated cocktail couture.

With a resume that includes openings in New York, Paris, Miami, and London, and a portfolio of bars consistently ranked among the world’s best, Nico de Soto’s legacy is defined by bold creativity, precision, and a relentless pursuit of the extraordinary.

For one night only, de Soto will unveil a bespoke menu of four cocktails especially curated for Hendricks Bar. A showcase of delicate infusions, unexpected combinations, and globally inspired ingredients, each elixir reflects de Soto’s culinary approach to mixology, and his meticulous craft, offering guests a journey through taste, culture, and imagination.

Guests can experience Tarragon - a bright and herbaceous blend of pear-infused Grey Goose Vodka, stirred with St-Germain, fresh tarragon leaves, pear cider, and topped with sparkling prosecco. Black Cardamom offers a bold and indulgent mix of Angel’s Envy Bourbon, Amontillado Sherry, porcini, chocolate, black cardamom, and egg - rich, layered, and unapologetically decadent. For something intriguingly savoury and smooth, Curry Leaf combines peanut butter Grey Goose Vodka, with curry leaves, coconut water, buckwheat, and clarified soy milk. And finally, White Truffle is a luxurious and earthy expression made with Patrón Reposado Tequila, Campari, sweet vermouth, fig leaf, and white truffle.
