Jou Jou Brasserie at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeriah Beach announces the arrival of Friday Barbecue Nights, a new weekly ritual that ignites the charm of open-flame dining and unites it with the Jumeirah’s cool coastal breeze. Launched this winter, the soirée celebrates the simple pleasure of gathering over good food, with great company and captivating music that sets the tone for an unhurried and relaxing evening.

From 7:00 to 10:00 pm, guests are welcomed into a warm, luminous setting where the aromas of slow-grilled meats and coastal-fresh seafood linger. Jou Jou’s experienced chefs take centre stage, working the grill with quiet confidence to master a sharing-style feast presented as a generous mixed barbecue platter, crafted from the brasserie’s finest ingredients and grilled to perfection.

Diners may choose from a selection of fine meats including Mediterranean-Marinated Beef Flank, Herb-Crusted Provençal Lamb Chops, U10 Black Tiger Prawns with Citrus Butter, Galician-Style Octopus and Charcoal-Grilled Tuna Steak to name a few. Each dish showcases the restaurant’s signature coastal flair and open-flame artistry, served with four side dishes crafted to accompany the bold fire-kissed flavours.

The evening is complemented by a live solo singer and pianist to create a soulful, easy-going hum for an atmosphere that feels both intimate and effortlessly elegant. To elevate the experience, guests can enjoy a selection of curated beverage add-ons, including two glasses of wine or a relaxed free-flow option to pair with the night’s menu.
