Launching on Thursday, February 6, 2025, the chic and celestial experience invites guests to indulge in their choice of an exquisite four-course menu, paired with panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa and the endless Arabian Gulf.

Every Thursday evening from 7:00 to 10:00 pm, Mercury transforms into a culinary constellation, where stellar dishes, endless bubbles and an alluring ambiance converge. Designed for sharing, the menu sparkles with an array of enticing dishes to choose from including The Mercury Selection - a curated assortment of Nigiri, Maki, Sashimi, and Dibba Bay oysters, and a choice of Spiced or Salted Edamame.

Indulgent appetizers include Tuna Avocado Crudo – yellowfin tuna, cucumber, fragrant tarragon, and avocado, dressed with sesame oil, or Foie Gras, paired with tomato jam, wild berries, and rich soft brioche. Highlights from the main dishes include velvety Alaskan Black Cod, accompanied by fennel and potato gratin, and a mustard velouté or tender Sirloin Tagliata - black angus Australian beef sirloin, fresh rocket leaves, and shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano.

A decadent selection of mini desserts – including Pistachio Raspberry Tartlets, Blackcurrant & Chocolate Mousse Cake and a Lemon Meringue Tartlet offer a sweet finale under the stars. Guests can tailor their experience with a choice of beverage packages, including champagne for an effervescent start to the night, house alcoholic beverages for a spirited celebration, or non-alcoholic drinks for those seeking a gourmet and serene indulgence.

From 10:00 pm the celestial energy evolves, with a live DJ spinning the decks and guiding guests through a cosmic journey of vibrant rhythms that pulse into the early morning.
