Breath of Japan: Sea Fu at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach Welcomes The New Season

On Saturday, November 7, 2026, Sea Fu at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach invites guests to Breath of Japan, a celebration of Japanese culture and contemporary dining. Set against the backdrop of the Arabian Gulf, the occasion will bring together traditional performances, sustainable design, and Sea Fu’s refreshed culinary vision for a truly unique beachfront experience.

The evening will begin with free-flowing drinks and pass-around bites, served at the outdoor bar from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Priced at AED 170 per person, guests can enjoy a selection of wine, and signature cocktails, including the Shitsuke, a blend of Hibiki whisky, beetroot cordial, cacao liqueur and grapefruit soda, and the Seiton, featuring Haku vodka, lychee, mint syrup, elderflower liqueur, kaffir lime leaf and soda. In addition, two mocktails crafted with Mucharaka premium Japanese tea will also be available.

Following the drinks reception, guests can settle in for à la carte dinner, exploring a selection of new dishes that reflect Chef de Cuisine Marcel Finsterer-Graf von Bassewitz’s new culinary direction. Highlights include the 7-Piece Nigiri Chef’s Selection, paired with carefully chosen toppings to complement each piece, Grilled Japanese Madai served with sea fennel and a sauce vierge, and Yaki Soba, blending homemade furikake with a signature house sauce.

Throughout the evening, a live koto performance will introduce guests to the hypnotic sounds of the traditional Japanese string instrument, followed by a DJ set by Mika Kitten, bringing a contemporary soundtrack to the tranquil seaside setting. The sustainable kimono brand Japan Style will also showcase a range of upcycled kimonos for guests to try on, adding an element of timeless tradition to the experience.

Blending Japanese heritage with contemporary music, sustainable craftsmanship and coastal dining, Breath of Japan marks the start of a new season at Sea Fu, inviting guests to reconnect over an evening shaped by culture, creativity and the spirit of the sea.
