The specially curated menu features an alluring choice of epicurean delights and decadent plates created by award-winning celebrity Chef Michael Mina and his culinary team. The gastronomic adventure starts with an array of spectacular starters, designed to be shared among the table, including a decadent seafood tower, creamy and indulgent truffle gratinée, as well as a melt-in-the-mouth delicacy of steak tartare.
