Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre Welcomes New Hotel Manager Krystel Irani

Four Seasons Hotel DIFC has appointed Krystel Irani as Hotel Manager. With more than 18 years of experience in hospitality operations, Krystel has been leading teams across various luxury brands in the region.

In her new position, Krystel is driven by her passion for people and outstanding service, which she believes is a key to success in Dubai’s highly competitive environment. “Four Seasons Hotel DIFC is constantly recognized by guests and industry experts as one of the best for its warm service, unbeatable location and contemporary urban-inspired design,” says Krystel. “It all begins with our people, and I’m thrilled to help them flourish further and guide them in elaborating their skills, which in turn leads to exceeding our guests’ expectations.”

Krystel started her hospitality journey as a Management Trainee back in 2003 at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, climbing up the ranks in various positions in the Rooms division, Reservations and Public Relations. Her passion and dedication earned her a promotion to Guest Relations Manager. Later she joined Four Seasons Hotel Beirut as Sales Manager, playing an integral role in the opening of the Hotel.

Keen to hone a well-rounded set of skills, she re-entered the world of hotel operations, this time as a front desk manager at St. Regis Hotel in Doha. Krystel then moved to the UAE to join Raffles Hotel Dubai, which saw her grow into the leading role of hotel manager. In 2021, her journey in the UAE continued at Madinat Jumeirah as hotel manager, where she brilliantly managed the operations at Jumeirah Al Qasr & Dar Al Masyaf and became general manager of Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf in less than two years.

Krystel’s passion for people, paired with her eye for detail, extensive global experience and well-rounded technical expertise have helped her foster powerful teams and achieve impressive commercial successes. With a gleam in her eyes and a powerful vision for the future, she now returns to the brand where her glittering career began.
