Laze and lounge under the sun until it is time to take it down a level to the Podium floor, for the La Vie En Rosé at MINA Brasserie. Available daily, from 12:00pm – 4:00pm, the lively & leisurely lunch serves a stunning three-courses of Mediterranean inspired dishes accompanied with unlimited crisp and cool rosé wine to toast summer in style. After lunch, guests are welcome to return to the rooftop and continue their day poolside until 8:00pm, and enjoy basking in the sun, sipping sundowners and exploring the pool bar à la carte menu, extending the indulgence at their own pace.
