In Argentina, her journey in hospitality began in a male-dominated industry. Determined to one day return and change the status quo, she moved to Europe to further her career, holding various positions that helped develop her skills and leadership qualities.
She began as chef de rang at the Ritz Carlton in Dublin and later achieved her dream of working in Paris at the Mandarin Oriental Paris in a similar role, impressing at their restaurant Camélia before being promoted to supervisor.
Her journey with Four Seasons commenced in Paris, where she initially served as Bar & Lounge Supervisor. Within two years, her exemplary performance led her to ascend to the role of Assistant Manager at the iconic Le George, and subsequently, she further distinguished herself as Senior Assistant Manager at the Hotel’s bar & lounge. Claudelina's remarkable journey continued as she transitioned to Lounge Manager at Four Seasons Hong Kong, accumulating nearly six years of invaluable experience within the Four Seasons family. Each role she undertook not only expanded her expertise but also presented opportunities for personal growth.
In early 2021, Claudelina embraced a new chapter, making the bold move to Dubai and entering the Jumeirah Group as associate director of food and beverage. With her remarkable talent, she swiftly ascended to the role of director of food and beverage. After an enriching journey of nearly four years with the Jumeirah Group, Claudelina ventured to Atlantis The Royal, where she continued to showcase her exceptional leadership skills and innovative spirit in the ever-growing hospitality sector. In 2024, Claudelina returned to Four Seasons, assuming her current position at Four Seasons Hotel DIFC, where she continues to excel in her role with immense passion and expertise.
Claudelina is inspired by Dubai's multicultural environment and the significant presence of women in senior roles at Four Seasons. This diversity, which she longed to see in her home country, fuels her passion for creating inclusive spaces. She greatly values the strong sense of community and the exemplary standards upheld across Four Seasons, believing that these elements are crucial in delivering outstanding guest experiences.
