Having commenced her journey at Four Seasons Hotel DIFC as Hotel Manager in 2023, Krystel Irani brings two decades of illustrious experience in hospitality operations. With a rich background leading teams across various luxury brands in the region, Krystel is propelled by an unwavering passion for fostering genuine connections and delivering impeccable service - a cornerstone of triumph amid Dubai's fiercely competitive landscape.
Krystel initiated her career in hospitality as a Management Trainee in 2003 at Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris. Ascending through the ranks in pivotal roles spanning the Rooms division, Reservations, and Public Relations, her steadfast dedication swiftly earned her recognition, culminating in a rapid promotion to Guest Relations Manager. Subsequently, she played an instrumental role in the opening endeavours of Four Seasons Hotel Beirut as Sales Manager.
Eager to refine her skills further, Krystel re-entered the world of hotel operations, this time assuming the helm as front desk manager at St. Regis Hotel in Doha. Her trajectory then led her to the UAE, where she flourished at Raffles Hotel Dubai, ultimately assuming the mantle of hotel manager. Continuing her journey in the UAE, Krystel's exemplary leadership saw her adeptly manage the operations at Jumeirah Al Qasr & Dar Al Masyaf, culminating in her appointment as general manager of Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf in a remarkable timeframe.
