Orafo, newly-opened California-Italian restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero, invites Hotel guests and locals alike to celebrate Mother’s Day with decadent brunch dishes, inventive cocktails, and spirited live music. Treat Mom to featured brunch classics such as Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with house made strawberry marmalade, powdered sugar, and butter, and Chicken & Waffles with honey butter, or items from the raw bar including Pai Pai Oysters, Boquerones, and Oishii Shrimp. Signature dishes include the Pomodoro Burger made with a blend of beef brisket, chuck, and short ribs, smoked mozzarella, basil, pickled peppers and pomodoro sauce, and the Mussels & Nduja with sherry wine, peppadew, and nduja butter. Presented by Executive Chef Gunnar Planter and his culinary team, the thoughtful brunch menu will be complemented by live music, to create a truly memorable celebration for any mother figure.
