Gather and Give Thanks at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero this Thanksgiving Holiday

This Thanksgiving, gather with friends and family at Orafo, the signature restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero, a Michelin two-key hotel, for a special holiday dining experience featuring seasonal ingredients and refined Italian-inspired flavours.

Executive Chef Raul Dominguez has created a three-course menu celebrating the bounty of Northern California’s seasons, inspired by Italy. The three-course menu includes:

First Course –

  • Chestnut Veloute with black truffle oil, crispy sage, and whipped creme fraiche
  • Persimmon Panzanella with Fuyu persimmons, toasted sourdough, fennel, pickled onions, pistachio and burrata

Second Course – Choice of:

  • Cappellacci de Zucca with Koginut squash, brown butter, amaretti, and black garlic
  • Roasted Turkey Crown with mashed potatoes, roasted Thumbelina carrots, braised dark meat sugo

Dessert –

  • Petit Pumpkin Cheesecake with mascarpone chantilly, spice caramel, and maple pepita crunch

Orafo’s Thanksgiving Dinner is available on Thursday, November 27, 2025 from 11:30 am to 10:00 pm. The menu is USD 95 per person and USD 50 for children ages 6 to 12.

In addition to the Thanksgiving offerings, both lunch and dinner a la carte menus will also be available throughout the day, providing a variety of choices for every palate.
