For one night only, the grand halls of Palazzo della Gherardesca open for the annual The Reds & the White Charity Dinner, supporting Zia Caterina and her mission to bring joy and comfort to children facing illness. Known for driving her colourful taxi to offer free rides and companionship to young patients, she inspires an evening of generosity and community. Guests will enjoy a truffle-inspired menu with fine wines and live music beneath Renaissance frescoes, celebrating the true spirit of giving. EUR 250 per person

December 14, 2024 – Open Day 2025 (10:00 am – 4:00 pm)

Each year, the Gherardesca Garden opens its doors for Open Day, transforming Four Seasons Hotel Firenze into a vibrant celebration of community and festive cheer. Families and visitors can explore the gardens and palaces, discovering gourmet food stations, local producers, live performances, and experiences for all ages. This year, the event will support the Italian Association against Leukemia, Lymphoma, and Myeloma (AIL Firenze) to renovate Casa AIL, offering free accommodation to patients from across Italy and abroad undergoing treatment at local hospitals, and their families; and Pallium OdV, to purchase a portable ultrasound device for free home healthcare services provided daily by the association.
