The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze Welcomes Back The Healing Garden Program for a Journey to Well-Being
The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze launches the 2025 edition of The Healing Garden, a holistic wellness program designed to nurture body, mind, and spirit. This year’s six-session journey is led by Alma di Carlo, a nutritional biologist and yoga teacher, whose name (Alma means “soul”) embodies the very spirit of the program. Drawing from the timeless wisdom of ancient Greek philosophy, Alma provides participants with the knowledge and tools to cultivate a balanced, health-conscious lifestyle, from yoga practices to mindful eating habits.
In today’s fast-paced world, finding balance is more essential than ever. The Healing Garden blends scientific research with mindfulness, yoga, and lifestyle practices to guide participants toward self-care. The program encourages adopting mindful habits and positive daily rituals that enhance well-being and help prevent dysfunctions.
The first event, Mindful Eating, takes place on February 22, 2025, and explores the connection between food and body awareness. Through mindfulness techniques and yoga, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery, fostering inner listening and presence. The session concludes with a selection of nourishing refreshments, including beetroot juice, a green smoothie, and pink chickpea hummus – all crafted to promote a calm and conscious relationship with food.
At the core of The Healing Garden is the belief that well-being is built through everyday gestures. The program highlights how small, consistent actions can profoundly improve quality of life, fostering balance, longevity, and inner harmony.
