Festive Indulgence at Salon Dufour
The Hotel’s Festive Afternoon Tea returns with a generous selection of seasonal sweet and savoury creations, offering a moment of warmth, indulgence and festive cheer. Completing the experience, an individual Bûchette unveils a rich harmony of chocolate, pistachio and caramel, creating a sweet finale inspired by the comforting flavours and traditions of the holiday season.
A Christmas Creation to Take Home
Inspired by the traditional Christmas wreath this season’s returns in a new guise. Pistachio dacquoise, creamy and crunchy pistachio, vanilla caramel and chocolate mousse come together in an elegant green creation designed to take centre stage on the Christmas table.
Entirely gluten-free and created for sharing, it brings a little taste of the Hotel home for the holidays.
Bar des Bergues
As evening falls, Bar des Bergues sets the mood for the season with a selection of festive cocktails. Highlights include the Nikka Matcha Cocktail, blending matcha-infused Nikka whisky, white cacao and genmaicha cordial for a rich and refined experience. The Tequila & Lychee Cocktail combines tequila, lychee, Sherry and Champagne in a bright, celebratory composition, perfect for embracing the spirit of the season.
A few playful additions bring even more indulgence to winter afternoons. The Cookie Shot pairs an edible pistachio, almond and crunchy pearl cookie with warm chocolate, while the Chocolate Fondue, accompanied by fresh fruit, marshmallows and toasted brioche, is made for lingering over.
Whether stopping by before dinner or settling in as the evening unfolds, the festive menu brings together seasonal cocktails and indulgent winter treats, offering the perfect way to savour the spirit of the season.
Christmas Magic for Little Ones
For younger guests, the festive season is filled with moments of wonder, beginning with the Hotel’s Monumental Advent Calendar, revealing a new surprise each evening as Christmas draws closer.
