Just in time for October half term, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is set to unveil a range of new family-first activities, ensuring unforgettable stays for children and parents alike. From laser tag and interactive animal experiences to unique in-room children’s amenities, even the youngest guests are treated like VIPs at this Georgian country estate.

Woodland Laser Tag

A countryside haven for families, the newest addition to the extensive line-up of family-friendly offerings is laser tag, arriving at the Hotel this month. Open to children ages 6+, Woodland Laser Tag is the ultimate way to immerse kids into nature while indulging in some friendly competitiveness. Using state-of-the-art technology, a choice of three 45-minute games are available, including Capture The Flag, Beat The Instructor and Last Man Standing - every man for themselves!

Half Term Happenings and Animal Encounters

A very spooky Halloween-themed half term awaits at Kids For All Seasons, the complimentary kids club at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. Throughout the week, children will be treated to a roster of daily-changing activities, from Halloween arts and crafts and outdoor sports days to the iconic Halloween disco, where guests are invited to wear their scariest costumes.

Back by popular demand, this October half term will also see the return of the renowned Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire Petting Zoo. A world of farmyard fun, guests are able to get up close with some of the country’s cutest animals, including goats, piglets and miniature donkeys. For more hands-on fun, guests can head down to the Hotel’s Equestrian Centre, where resident Shetland ponies Milo and Dougal await. Younger guests can grab a brush and help out with a spot of pony grooming, while older children can go for a gentle ride around the yard.

The animal encounters don’t end there, as autumn marks the perfect time to experience the Hotel’s Birdwatching Experience. Families can join renowned ornithologist John Clark to take a stroll around the Hampshire grounds, discovering wild birds in their natural habitats. Guests will be able to spot buzzards, kestrels, red kites and even peregrine falcons or sparrowhawks, learning more about their fascinating ecosystems and migration patterns.

DockATot Tent of Dreams

Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire unveils its new partnership with luxury family brand DockATot (formerly known as Sleepyhead of Sweden) to provide families with an extra touch of magic during their stay. Families staying in one of the Hotel’s 22 suites will receive an award-winning DockATot Tent of Dreams, allowing parents to relax while little ones are enchanted and engrossed in hours of imaginative playtime. A cosy set up, the tent is complete with a window, door and interior pocket for stashing toys, and comes in an array of Morris & Co. prints, including the iconic Strawberry Thief, Willow Boughs, Pink & Rose, and Theodosia.
