The Bar at Wild Carrot is a cosy escape that opens onto panoramic views across the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire estate, where guests can take in rolling hills, ancient woodlands and spectacular sunsets from every angle. Led by Bar Manager Surinder Virk, whose cocktails are recognised for their unique harmony of Eastern and Western flavours, the menu blends craftsmanship with creativity to celebrate the changing seasons.

"The process is just as important as the result," says Surinder. "I love bringing together flavours from different cultures to create cocktails that feel both familiar and unexpected." The Summertime Stablemaster is the perfect cocktail to enjoy at sunset before dinner at Wild Carrot, while the 14 days Damson Negroni offers a refreshing toast to long afternoons and balmy evenings throughout the summer and into September.

As August arrives, La Terrazza truly comes into its own. La Terrazza is a sun-soaked dining destination overlooking the lake, where the flavours of Italy meet the beauty of the Hampshire countryside. With its traditional pizza oven at the heart of the experience, guests can enjoy authentic, handcrafted dishes alongside a menu inspired by rustic Italian dining, all served in a warm and welcoming setting. From leisurely lunches to long summer evenings with views of rolling hills, La Terrazza offers a feast for the senses, complemented by an inviting Aperitivo menu where the signature Negroni is not to be missed.
