Starting her career with an after-school job as a spa assistant, Courtney Cunningham found her love for luxury hospitality and worked her way through various positions from swimming instructor, reception supervisor, operations manager, assistant manager then manager, always with the ambition to grow and develop myself within hospitality.

“There are endless reasons why I love working in luxury hospitality. I love the challenge of ensuring I fulfil each guest’s needs and wants based on this principal, requiring me to stay one step ahead, constantly thinking outside the box and continually adapting our business and offering to deliver on this.”

In 2023, Courtney joined Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire as Spa Director. “From the first day I joined the company, it was very clear that no matter what department you work in, or which position you hold, if you put in the hard work and embrace the Four Seasons pillars we pride ourselves on, you can achieve greatness with endless opportunities. While no two Four Seasons are the same, there is an exceptional identity of Four Seasons culture that runs flawlessly throughout each property across the globe. With this in mind, it has allowed me and many other colleagues to think long term of our career and journey, remaining within Four Seasons.”
