Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire Sommelier Kadek Swijana came to the property with a wealth of experience, having worked in a collection of luxury brands around the world.  His journey into hospitality began at the Wesitn, Dusa, Dua where he worked as a waiter. From here, Kadek, went on to become a waiter at the Grand Hyatt Bali and the W Retreat & Spa, before joining Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan, where he worked as a Supervisor Waiter. Kadek then joined Viking Cruises in 2015 to start work as sommelier.

Now, with more than a decade’s experience in hospitality and management, Kadek combines strong business and management skills with a passion for the communication and art that comes with being a sommelier.
