Executive Chinese Chef Neal Zeng sources fresh seafood from the East China Sea as it reopens for the season, presenting the Autumn Sea Feast seasonal menu from September 21 to December 14, 2026. Drawing on Ningbo cuisine's techniques of braising, steeping, wine-marinating and clay-pot baking, the menu offers dishes such as scallion-scented braised two-head abalone, aged Shaoxing wine-steeped Changjie razor clams, green pepper and perilla sauce baked Zhoushan mantis shrimp, and white chili and black bean sauce baked oil belt fish. With Shaoxing wine, perilla, osmanthus and white chili woven throughout, the menu ranges from fresh and delicate to rich and mellow, bringing the seasonal bounty of the East China Sea to guests' tables at Song.
