Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, Chef Bradley Hull comes from a family devoted to the culinary arts—his father a chef and his mother a pastry chef. Surrounded by the aromas of hotel kitchens since childhood, he naturally followed in their footsteps, completing his culinary training in Vancouver before embarking on an international career.
His professional journey spans China, Vietnam, and UK, where he refined his skills and developed a deep respect for diverse food cultures. For Bradley, cooking is all about respect and passion—respecting the ingredients, the people behind them, and the guests who enjoy the final creation.
As an Executive Chef, he believes leadership means adaptability, teamwork, and constant learning. Though communication can sometimes be a challenge across languages and cultures, he finds that food itself is a universal language that connects people.
At Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre, located in the heart of Wulin CBD above the vibrant Hangzhou Centre Mall, Chef Bradley oversees the hotel’s diverse culinary offerings. Bradley and his team are dedicated to crafting dining experiences that create lasting memories.
To him, culinary excellence lies in respect - for colleagues, guests, and every ingredient. If not a chef, Bradley imagines he might have become an architect or interior designer, professions that share the same creativity and precision. For young chefs, his advice is simple: travel, taste, learn from every experience, and never take criticism personally—it’s the foundation of growth.
