Daphne Ng began her journey with Four Seasons in 2005 at Four Seasons Place Hong Kong, where her passion for luxury hospitality was ignited while working in the Concierge Guest Relations team. This marked the start of her long-standing career within Four Seasons. She has since held senior management roles across Four Seasons hotels and key properties in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Macao, and has been appointed to support management operations through task force assignments in Beijing, Maldives at Kuda Huraa, Hangzhou at West Lake, and Tianjin, gaining extensive experience across diverse regions and cultural contexts.

During her tenure as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Daphne led the team in achieving Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star recognition for the hotel, its Spa, the Michelin one-star Chinese restaurant Zi Yat Heen, and The Grand Suites at Four Seasons Macao, and the property was also honoured with Spa China awards consecutively from 2022 to 2025.

As a leader with extensive experience in new hotel development, Daphne has played a pivotal role in the opening and expansion of several significant Four Seasons hotels and premium properties, including Four Seasons Hotel Beijing, Four Seasons Place Macao, and The Grand Suites at Four Seasons Macao. Guided by the Four Seasons Golden Rule — to treat others how we want to be treated — and her belief that “we are what we do, not what we say we are.” Daphne emphasizes leading through action. She believes that true excellence is achieved through meaningful team collaboration, creating exceptional and memorable guest experiences built on genuine connection.
