Kiki Hong is Chief Barista at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre, where she oversees coffee, tea, and signature beverage service at The Lounge. She joined the Hotel in 2024, marking her first Four Seasons assignment.

Her work focuses on extraction technique, flavour balance, and consistency, with an emphasis on respecting the origin and natural characteristics of each coffee. Through precise preparation and thoughtful presentation, she aims to ensure beverages meet both technical standards and guest expectations.

Inspired by seasonal change and Chinese cultural references, Kiki develops coffee offerings that align with the Hotel’s seasonal programming and afternoon tea concepts. Her approach integrates flavour, timing, and visual consideration as part of the overall guest experience.

She is the creator of the Hotel’s signature Twelve Hours · Six Realms coffee series, which explores time and craftsmanship through a sequence of distinct flavour expressions. The series is exclusive to Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre and reflects her ongoing exploration of regional inspiration and contemporary coffee practice.
