The year concludes with the Midnight Forest New Year’s Eve Gala, a magical evening of poolside dining and live entertainment beneath a tropical canopy. Golden masks and fairy dust add a touch of mystery, with caviar, oysters, signature cocktails, and a dazzling show leading into a midnight countdown beneath the stars.

At Café Nam Hai, the Lotus Moon Christmas Dinner glows with the gentle charms of candlelight and floating lotus blooms, presenting a five-course exploration of India’s regional flavours, including lobster korma and tandoori lamb chops biryani.

The Ocean Feast Buffet at Lá Sen reveals Vietnam’s coastal abundance, featuring Nha Trang spiny lobster, local abalone, sushi, and ceviche alongside a silk fan dance. Inspired by the grandeur of ancient Indian palaces, Cafe Nam Hai's Thousand Lanterns Dinner unveils a meal fit for royalty, ranging from opulent biryanis to fragrant curries.
